Clarissa K. Pintado
Clarissa Pintado represents individuals and corporations in estate and business litigation. She advises clients on a range of matters including will and trust contests; fiduciary disputes; personal property and real estate, landlord-tenant issues; planning and zoning; construction cases; breach of contract; business torts; and business formation, dissolution, and succession. Clarissa has experience in federal and state courts in addition to international arbitration forums including the International Chamber of Commerce.
Clarissa joins the Fiske Law Group after a judicial clerkship for the 18th Judicial Circuit of Virginia for the Alexandria Circuit Court serving Hon. Judges Lisa Bondareff Kemler; Nolan Dawkins, and James Clark. She previously worked for the Public International Law & Policy Group implementing constitution drafting and peace negotiation programs programs in the Middle East and Eastern Africa.
Clarissa is also an active member of the community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Alexandria Bar Association, the Alexandria Bar Foundation, and the Board of the Alexandria Boys and Girls Club. She is passionate about her role as the Chair of the Alexandria Lawyer Well-Being Committee. She is also a Beat the Odds Mentor and a Jazz4Justice Committee Member.
