David G. Fiske

David Fiske brings over forty years of experience in commercial and estate litigation to the Fiske Law Group.  David is recognized for leading major civil litigation cases and providing legal advice on complex matters to individuals and businesses in Washington D.C. and Virginia.  His practice focuses on business planning, succession, and expansion; employment and personnel matters; real estate transactions; contract negotiation; breach of contract; breach of fiduciary duties; and estate litigation. 

David has served on the Special Committee on Continuing Professional Competence for the Eighth District Grievance Committee.  He is a member of the Civil Justice Reform Act Advisory Group for the U.S. District Court for Eastern District of Virginia. David also taught Pretrial Litigation as an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University School of Law from 2003 to 2007.

David previously acted as Special Assistant to Senator Harry F. Byrd, Jr., of Virginia. Upon graduating from Georgetown Law Center, David served as Captain in the United States Marine Corps, Judge Advocate Division.
